Wellness On Wheels
This mobile health clinic provides a wide range of services to people ages 18 and older, including COVID-19 rapid testing, and screenings for HIV, diabetes, cholesterol, and more.
Maternal Health
EmpowerHER supports mothers and birthing people through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with personalized doula care. Each participant is paired with a trained doula offereing guidance, advocacy, and comfort.
