Registration

Attendees may include a combination of a WIC Coordinator and/or Key Manager, a CPA and/or a Frontline employee. Check with RNC prior to registering more than three staff.

Registration Fees of $25/person is required and may be paid by agency check or money order.

Mail one payment for all staff made payable to:

Place WIC Conference 2025 in the memo line on the agency check/money order with the name(s) of the staff members covered by the payment.

Registration closes end of day on Monday, March 31, 2025.  Cancellations and requests for refunds are not available after this date.

Accreditation

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and the IL Dept of Human Services.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT

SIU School of Medicine is preapproved as a continuing nursing education provider pursuant to Section 1300.130, subsection c), 1), B) and P) of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Nurse Practice Act.  Nurses may receive a maximum of 10.5 contact hours for completing this activity.

SIU School of Medicine is a licensed provider for continuing education for dietitians/nutrition counselors (license # 199.000121). This program offers a maximum of 10.5 CE hours.

All other attendees will receive a Certificate of Participation.

CREDIT CLAIMING
